sorry for not updating this blog. been ages right? right!! im getting crazier and crazier here.

i just finished my LN (luar negeri) posting, in maros. someplace very very very far from makassar(ok fine, i lied. not that far, but still far lah) . and people talk using bahasa daerah. not bahasa indonesia. crazy i tell you! hehehhe (sekarang i dah tere dah cakap bahasa bugis.hehehe)

its my first bahagian!!internal medicine! at first mmg excited gila, but now, dah 5 minggu, its draining my energy and positivity each day.


Maros was ok. not that bad, not that far, and yet, so many exciting cases! the downfall is, we dont have doctors there. yerp, we (me and sarah nabila my posting mate) tercampak here being the doctor. i tell you crazy ok crazy. ada doctor, but we need to call them, and they cant always be there, they got so many thing going so takleh lah nak salah kan diorng.

but we, yang baru minggu 4, kena terus jadi doctor betul2, gila ok. ECG merangkak nak baca, and kat sini bahgian radiology tak membantu, every cases dia tulis kesan dia moderate bronchitis! dan hakikat patient tuh dah ada pleural effusion and emphysema!! seriously lah kan, belaja 3 tahun teori never same dengan dealing with patient. dalam book tak tulis what infus we need to give, berapa titis patient tu kena, bila kita nak bagi D5, bila kita salah diagnose rupa2nya dia just hypoglicemia je, atau patient tu syok sbb HBG dia 2g/dl!!!!(normal around 12-14)

let alone to handle cases in icu with cerebral malaria. pfftss.
